Sponsorship Opportunities The Dallas chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (a not-for-profit organization) is pleased to invite you to participate as a sponsor of one of our upcoming chapter meetings. Sponsorship of a meeting is an opportunity for your organization to help promote itself and provide insight, leadership, and professional development opportunities through your product and/or services for human resources practitioners in the greater Dallas area. Meeting Sponsorship Programs
Contributing Sponsorship- $750:
• Introduction by our President • 5 minutes speaking time to describe your company's products or services • 4 free guests to be seated with event attendees for networking purposes • 6 foot table set up at event for brochures and introductions. • Logo placement on the NAAAHR Dallas website • Logo placement on event reminder emails (up to 30 days) Meeting Sponsorship- $500: • Introduction by our President
• 2 free guests to be seated with event attendees for networking purposes • 6 foot table set up at meeting for brochures and introductions. • Logo placement on event reminder emails (up to 30 days) We recommend that all levels of event sponsors provide a door prize. This will give you the opportunity to collect additional contacts. A spokesperson from your organization will be introduced to give away the prize at the end of the luncheon. Friends of NAAAHR Dallas Platinum Sponsorship - $5000 (1 year): • One Contributing Sponsorship for the event of your choice, and all that
sponsorship entails.
• Two free passes for each event. • 120X60 pixel logo on home page of NAAAHR Dallas website. (12 months) • Logo placement on all electronic meeting announcements (12 months) • Brochure distribution at each event Gold Sponsorship- $2500 (6 months): • One Meeting sponsorship for the event of your choice, and all that
sponsorship entails.
• One free pass for each event. • 120X60 pixel logo on home page of NAAAHR Dallas website Silver Sponsorship- $500: • One free pass for each event.
• Company Logo included on electronic meeting announcements (up to 30 days)
Bronze Sponsorship- $250: • 2 event passes to be used at your discretion.
• Company logo included on electronic meeting announcements (up to 30 days)

All sponsorship and advertising programs require payment at time of contract signing. NAAAHR Dallas board of Directors reserve the right to determine the quality or content of any sponsorship and/or advertising program literature and may refuse to allow inappropriate material to be distributed and/or used in any publication, website, or meeting. NAAAHR Dallas reserves the right to change quoted fees/charges as necessary.
